Narcis Pelach holds talks with Stoke over managerial vacancy

Narcis Pelach has held talks with Stoke City about taking over as manager.

Discussions are progressing and there is increasing expectation at both clubs that he will become Steven Schumacher’s successor.

It is understood Pelach is likely to take one of Norwich’s analysts with him – Paul Clements – to take up a role in his backroom staff.

Pelach travelled to the West Midlands on Monday after being given permission by Norwich to speak to Stoke.
