Bukayo Saka continues to be assessed by the Arsenal medical team after arriving back with the club this morning.
Meanwhile, contrary to reports on social media, Martin Odegaard has not suffered a setback and Arsenal are hopeful he can return from his ankle injury in November.
It means Arsenal’s home game with Premier League leaders Liverpool on October 27, live on Sky Sports, will come too soon for the Gunners captain.
